Gen Con GM Meet & Greet?

Are we going to try and arrange an event for all of the GMs to do a meet and greet or something?

We tried to do something last year but it didn't happen.

What do people think?

At the very least, I think we are going to try a Skype meet up. Date / Time to be announced.

I would love to have a meet a greet event. I will try to work something out with NMI and we'll get the word out.

Crazy Idea.
For all of the MA's going to the Open House as well as GenCon, what about doing something there as a prep?

Just sent out the POH schedule to the GM's who volunteered. If you can find a spot in it to do so, I can put it on the schedule. My issue is there are very few holes, and none where there is no gaming except for the 2 areas when Kevin requested no gaming.

Agreed- just cannot logistically plan it- I think organically it will happen, just not everyone at once....

Perhaps we can get a 30 -45 minute window to talk. Worse case scenario, there is always before/after events on a given day or Denny's

I would be up for a meet and greet session on the Wednesday of the con at a local eatery. or the Wednesday in the event room if we are able to meet up there on the wednesday.

The event room is a warehouse, so we'd have plenty of space to talk.

There is an MA panel scheduled for one of the days, so that could work to.

I am not sure what time on Wed that I am getting there. Probably between 3-4pm.

So the meet and greet didn't exactly happen at the POH. Talk about insanity on a stick.

I was glad to at least shake hands with you NIM! And of course, Jake was great. Oh and Victor, Victor kicked ass.

Actually if anything, the Gen Con meet & greet @ the Open House should have fallen on my shoulders.

However, we did have a MA Panel scheduled that other myself and Victor, only like 2 other MA's attended, sorta.

Though I think I caught a majority of the MA's/GM's running events at Gen Con and giving them updates as to whats going on with Gen Con.
