Robotech Deluxe Shadow Chronicles Character Sheet

Unread post by NMI »

EDIT: Link Removed - NMI

It is not a perfect scan, but it is decent.

Hello Mr. Deific NMI. I don't mean to sound like a jerk or anything, but the one you scanned in is the same as the one that is already available on the cutting room floor. I think people (myself included) were looking for the one that is located on page 137, I believe, in the hardcover.
It has a front and back (or 2 pages) as opposed to it being only 1 page.

Thank you sir.

I'll get the other character sheet up later on tonight.

As for my use of the word "deluxe"...
This character sheet is from the Deluxe Edition of Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles.
Welcome to the boards!

http://www.emass-web.com/ - no longer available...
I'm sorry to inform you that this site is no more.
Wizards of the Coast asked me to take it down, and I complied.

I'm sorry for all the fans who will miss it - I will miss it, too - but it was the right thing to do.

Time to move on...

Ema.

I tried to scan the deluxe 2 page character sheet last night from the HC. It did not work very well.
It looks like a page scanned out of a book :(
That is one advantage of selling PDFs. You can always get a decent character sheet :)

Or ifn you want one in generic Text style format, you can always make your own. I still have some printed sheets that were made by an old dot matrix printer. Gawd my age is now showing :D I also have some sheets useable with Microsoft Excell Which are also of my own Creation. They are still kind of a work in progress but They cut down time Greatly on the character creation process.. They will not fin on 8.5 by 11 paper. They will fit on 8.5 by 14 paper. The reason they take up so much space is because I designed them to be Generic and to Include skills from almost every Palladium based rpg I own. Admitedly they are a bit out of date because I do not own most of the newest books to hit the RPG Shop Shelves with the possable exception of the new Robotech Books. gawd Im going to have to go through them again and see what I can do to update them. Please Let me know ifn you would be Interested in this.

I'm actually working on a new Robotech Chracter Sheet. I'll post it up for all to use if it's ok with everyone else.

You and me both Monkey - I created a 13 page character sheet just for the old Robotech Characters. Most of it was Combat Record Sheets for all the Mecha. But that was on an old Apple III with two 5 1/4 floppy drives - no HD Baby!

Heh. The first computer I had used a cassette tape drive. yes I do remember daisy wheel printers. Also if I remember correctly the first "Floppy" Drives used 8 inch disks. :D

I wonder how many people remember those things?? :D

Fortunately, I never had to use them, but I do remember seeing one once..... It was HUGE!!

Personally, I have no problem whatsoever with the layout of the SC CS.... It looks fine to me. So what if it looks like it came from the '80s, that was the best time to rpg anyway. (No WotC... DnD was Ad&d, and there were no-such-things as CCGs).

Boy do I miss those days.

I like the layout of the 1st page on the new sheet (though i wish it had a space for the attribute bonuses) but I think the layout of the 2nd page is not that great. The old page 2 layout from the Sentinals book was much better, especially since you could setup bonuses for more than one mech (since most Veritech and Destroid pilots have combat bonuses for more than one). I think that they should re-design it to be more like that.
