The Republicans get a very brief mention in the GM Guide. Mystic Knights are given enemy stat-blocks in Savage Foes of North America. The othes, I think I've seen a few fan write-ups for linked on the PEG Forums.
The Superpowers Companion is a fantastic book, and is, in fact, an optional resource for building races.
And if you're looking for a non-Megaverse superhero setting, Necessary Evil is a published setting for use with the SPC.

I have done these two. I am currently working on Stone magic, since my write-up of True Atlanteans necessitated it.

I did a conversion of the Godling and I was pretty happy with how it turned out.
FWIW, I put the powers as a table, but I'd let my players choose their powers

The superheroes book for Savage Worlds is:
https://www.amazon.com/Powers-Companion ... +companion
There's an IF based on the SHC but with the Pinnacle site down, I can't find the link.
