I am legion PDF pring on demand book question
Is this just a compilation of what was in the rifter series or is there added content there too?

Sounds like they are doing a limited normal print run then POD going forward if I read their thing right. I ordered it I figured show them the interest in splicers means we get more stuff sooner. That and not having to fish through a bunch of rifters and have all the art/info/errata in one place with a sexy cover is worth it.

Question In the part talking about one of the houses it mentions the toy soldier OCC and I can't recall if that has ever been put out in a rifter or the forums yet. I am very possibly just missing it.

Glad you inquired Kaid.
No the Toy Soldier O.C.C. has not made an official debut yet, though we do have it targeted for an upcoming sourcebook release. It was written by Splicemaster, Slappy, we just need to complete all of the "conventional" gear (i.e.; equipment, weapons and armor). This is one O.C.C. that we certainly didn't want to sell short as they are non-Bio Tech users. So we knew their gear would take up significant page count and thus warranted for them to be postponed.
Other O.C.C.s that you might also see listed in the I Am Legion book that will debut in the upcoming book are:
Marshals
Militiamen
Troop Master

minor addition: if you dig reaaaaaaalllly deep i think you might be able to find the militiamen OCC on these forums somewhere (or more realistically, an early version of it). at least, it used to be there a long time ago, i think.

Re: I am legion PDF print on demand book question
I have a couple of questions about the book, if that's cool.
Broodpunks and Mech-Slayers are also mentioned, on page 10. I haven't seen mention of either on the forum, but I might be looking in the wrong place. Will they be mentioned in upcoming books or Rifter articles?
I was also wondering what is the total BIO-E of a Tempest Vanguardian converted from a Restored Biotic. If everything stacks, then a Biotic that gets restored at 2nd level, reaches 3rd, and is then converted would have:
3d4x10+50 Biotic Base
2d10+20 level bonus for being Restored (2nd level)
2d10+20 level bonus for being Restored (3rd level)
3d10+25 additional 3rd level bonus for being Restored
2d4x10+30 Tempest conversion
Metabolism bonus
1d4x10+10 Handheld (from Rifter 0. The Bombadier and Dreadnaught receive this, with the Dreadnaught at half the Dreadguard amount, but the Deliveryman doesn't, so I have no idea if it's retroactively made a rule, and if so to what extent.)
2d6+22 "living body armor" from Biotic Base, assuming it would still fit.
