I'm working on a concept for a Palladium one-shot or mini campaign where notable individuals are plucked from time and space and thrust together into a mad quest to save the Megaverse. I'm hoping for some help in the form of answers to the following question:
If you could play as any single, existing notable, awesome, or iconic NPC from any of the books or official Rifter material available for After the Bomb (1e or 2e) or TMNT, which NPC from which book/page would you choose, and why?

Re: Looking for notable/awesome/iconic NPC's
my kneejerk reaction would be Casey Jones, but the actual stats given to the guy would have him trounced by a garbage man with a breathing problem.
Same with the TMNT. While not quite as weak in stats as Casey.... they're still on the lower end of the power scale, but they'd be fun to play
The Triceriton also could be fun.
All NPCs from palladium games.
I'm not sure if _I_ Would want to play him but the Nefarious Cuttlefish would be a fun one to have along for the ride.
Sir Thorpe, the Cyber knight could be fun to play. (Though I'd probably lighten him up a bit)
Those are just off the top of my head.

Lt. Nyota Uhura: I'm impressed. For a moment there, I thought you were just a dumb hick who only has sex with farm animals.
James Tiberius Kirk: Well, not _only_...
