Understanding the Speed Chart

Looking at the Speed Chart on page 281 of the Ultimate Edition Core Rules has me confused.

Firstly how do you figure out your Speed Factor.

Cause I rolled a 13 for Spd, but that is not listed on this chart......

I haven't checked to be sure it works exactly with the chart, but I know an autocalculated sheet that multiplies your speed by .68 to get mph. You could probably figure out other ratios if you went through the list.

Your speed attribute is definitely feet per second. 5280 feet in a mile, 3600 seconds per hour, so just multiply your speed score by 15/22 to get miles per hour.

I rerolled my character and got a 15 for Speed this time. Getting my head around this now.
