How do you turn Rifts,s FoM,s Spells into PF,s Spells?

What is the split of FoM,s Spells into Offensive,Defensive,Movement and Utility?

In general? Take anything that says MDC and change the M to an S. That will solve most, but not all, of the problems.

That also what I do: Change M.D.C. to S.D.C. .

Tho there are spells, like annihilation, that produces effects that the ''' just change the letter''' type shouldn't be the conversion type. And should be changed by adding a x100 to the damage (or more) along with the letter change.

However, this has to be done with eyes wide open to recognize which ones need to keep the damage levels one the same floor. Instead of the eyes wide shut of ''blah blah blah just change everything with the just change the letter and not think about it'' type of conversions.

As above, though I would point out that some spells are going to need an AR to be factored in (Armor Bizare, Magic Warrior, Ironwood, Phantom Mount, Invincible Armor, etc).

One more point, ( that might not apply here but is good to say for those that don't know,) first make sure that the rifts spell isn't one that was converted to MDC from a SDC game by checking the PF2 and HU2 sets of game books.
