Where are the creation rules for the groups listed in Heroes Unlimited: Century Station?
I've seen a bunch of them floating around like in Rifts Mercs and Ninjas and Superspies, but none seem to be listing quite the same stuff.
Does anyone know where to find the creation rules for those kinds of orgs?
If anyone knows which book to look in for that, please let me know, ty!
