spell to "Mystically Bestow" for minion wars?

Given that it's possible for statted NPCs (demon lords) to create "Mystic Bestowed" has there ever been a stab at defining some kind of ritual representing the PPE and other investments needed to empower these servants?

Outside of HU that's probably make sense to also have for Witches in PF and maybe even Rifts Priests to explain why they're not just pumping out billions of these things to brute-force each other.

In Nightbane it'd also be useful to have that for how Nightlords empower Priests of Night (or the witch-like things in Rifts) or how Astral Lords can create Channelers.

not to my knowledge, since that's almost always an off-screen or at least non-mechanical event pre-game

I'd probably make it a variant of the Permanency Soulmancy ritual, limiting some of the crazier combinations and scaling in exchange for being less affected by anti magic and dispelling.
