I wish we have Phase world book mercenary book
there is a rift merc book but space version in Phase world would be awesome IMHO

Phase World does need exploratory equipment, small player ships (small freighters, Corvettes and the like) and some non military combat OCCs so a Phase World Merc book could be a good addition.

The only merc outfit I know of is the one mentioned in the second Phase World book, though I'm guessing the one in South America probably has access to the Three Galaxies.
It would be nice to see some more content of the sort in another Phase World source-book.

They have a Mercenary Fighter in Palladium Fantasy, so I think the term is pretty megaversal.
In PW they do have Tracer instead of Bounty Hunter and Runner instead of Smuggler so there is some precedent for a different name. But on the other hand, they do have pirates and colonists so could go either way.
No matter what they call it like with the Rifts Merc book the OCCs would be a part of it but the equipment would be an even bigger part.
