Re: Can intuitive magic user (Warlock, Mystic) teach spells?
No intuitives (Mystics) and channelers (Warlock IIRC, or a Priest w/spells or a Witch) can not teach spells they know to another class, even if they fall in the same branch of magic. Neither IMHO know how they do what they do, though for different reasons since with Channelers if the patron cuts them off they don't retain the knowledge to cast the spells, and intuits IMHO have a different casting style that is incompatible with "traditional" methods.
Classes can figure out how they do the thing they do as part of their spells gained at a given level. A Techno-Wizard can work with them to integrate a spell they don't know into a TW Device by the guideline/rules in RUE.

Re: Can intuitive magic user (Warlock, Mystic) teach spells?
In the case of mystics and Psi-mystics, I view their means of casting spells as entirely idiosyncratic... "I do spells by doing X", while a learned caster will say "What? That's not how that works!" They are a psychic ability, unique to that psi-mystic, that functions like a spell.
For Warlocks, it's not a "spell", but a connection to the elemental force; functions the same, imitatable by spells, but effectively a superpower. It works similarly for priests BUT, at least in Palladium Fantasy, priests can get the ability to make a scroll, which a wizard or other learned caster can then convert.

At their own risk. In library of blethread (iirc) there's a small paragraph about a conclave of wizards that were trying to convert all of the elemental spells to common magic.....until a volcano suddenly appeared around their keep. Things like fireball, call lightning, etc, are the few spell conversions they had mailed out before that entirely not suspicious accident happened and generally there's a taboo on trying again.
(In other words: Elementals don't mess around with their 'cease and desists')

As stated before in different words, the practitioners of the mystic arts can not teach their magic to anyone. The operative word being the word 'teach'.
Can their spells serve as an example of the spell to practitioner of the Magical Sciences who is trying to copy them? Yes, they can.

The authors' intention is clearly that they can't. There are multiple edge cases, however, which have been left mechanically ambiguous:
- A Jungle Elf Ley Line Walker/Rain Maker/Medicine Man/Temporal Wizard would know some Biomancy spells intuitively, and other spells via study. Biomancy is a useful discipline to bring up in addressing this question, because the only detailed practitioners of it know spells intuitively. A similar situation could be had with the player of a Godling who selected 2-3 types of magic. Epistemologically, this is a toss up.
- An Obsidian Spell Thief is able to learn(well, steal) spells from both intuitive and granted casters, and successfully teach them to another, not intuitive/granted caster in an imprecisely defined manner within a brief window. This can also apply to types of magic arguably only available to intuitive or granted casters, such as Dolphin/Hunting or Elemental, respectively.
- An intuitive caster could read a magic scroll containing the spell Create Magic Scroll, which would itself serve as an amanuensis for whatever spell they then used. This one is a little funky, since it's stated in a place or two that Mystics can't create scrolls. It's important to note that it's the scroll which is creating a scroll, and however an intuitive understanding of a spell is successfully encoded is left up to the scroll to handle
- Federation of Magic describes Shamans(a granted magic class) teaching magic to others.
This is in addition to those classes deliberately intended to straddle the line between intuition and study, such as Blue Zone Wizards and Hidden Witches.
Again, these situations are not made explicit one way or another within the rules, and I'd take definitive statements to the contrary with a grain of salt.

I take the case of the shaman's teaching to others are more of a case of them demonstrating the spell and the mages making a version they can cast, and less them straight up teaching them the magical formulas to cast the spells.

Re: Can intuitive magic user (Warlock, Mystic) teach spells?
Warlocks are a hard no. Their magic is unique to them.
Mystics are a "ask your GM" as they (at least in Rifts and PF) know "Invocation Magic" and thus, in theory could teach it... or not as the GM chooses.

The rules are not a bludgeon with which to hammer a character into a game. They are a guide to how a group of friends can get together to weave a collective story that entertains everyone involved. We forget that at our peril.
