Why don't they have wooden bullets to kill vampires?
I figure someone with whittling and Scuptling could carve the bullets.
I don't know if anyone has tried it in real life. Just imagined the wood would splinter or vaporize or something.
But what if the bullet would made of iron wood?
They would have the properties of wood for their ability to damage vampires while the density of iron so it would not slinter to confetti.

They do. Wood ammo for rail guns are frequently referenced (wood flechettes with iron cores). For non-railguns, the NG-B40 fires wooden shotgun shells - WB33 pg 207. As does the NG-B50, pg 208. There is no reason a wooden bullet couldn't also be fitted for a pistol, like the RP-C20 in WB6 pg 23 which adds a rocket mechanism to each round to add range and damage against non-vampires. Presumably conventional ammo with a wood bullet would cause less damage than their lead or metal counterparts against non-vampires, but this probably doesn't make any difference to a vampire. The risk with wood bullets over arrows or bolts is that they are more likely to pass through.
But what if the bullet would made of iron wood?
Does less damage to vampires. WB1r pg 106-107

They do:
-railguns (its even in WB1o)
-TW (version) of the railgun also exit (again WB1)
-a TW Shotgun that fires wooden projectiles (WB20 pg127).
Chipwell's Vampire Combat Armor Mk2 (MercOps pg70-1) has an option for a wooden shooter (or blade)
There might be more, I'm not sure off-hand.
As to why you don't see more... While wood is cheaper, silver might be considered more effective even with that higher cost.

Wooden Bullets are real apparently (simple google search turned up results, per Wikipedia they where used by both sides in WWII).
