Rifts novels format

I'm a little confused concerning the print format of the Sonic Boom trilogy novels. As I can see in the online PB store, the first and third parts are available as 5*8 inch paperbacks, while the second part is available as a mass market paperback. Is it correct?
Will the second book be available in the new format? (Why is it not currently?)
