Titan Robotics: Uh-oh, Canada!

Unread post by desrocfc »

For those not in the know, or just learning about it, Canadian backers of the Titan Robotics Kickstarter may be facing some odd circumstances around their order delivery. I can confirm this hasn't hit every Canadian backing the campaign, and is NOT a Palladium Books induced issue. Sean Roberson put out a message late last night on the issue.

I thought I'd share some thoughts on my evolution through the problem space.

Link to my blog post on the subject.

Have any other international backers (including Canadians) faced this issue?

Yeah.

Back in the 90s and early 2000s, before Palladium figured out how to properly account for those things, I routinely had to pay extra COD for my Palladium stuff. So I was actually unsurprised and went ahead and paid figuring it was the shipping company in England screwing up.
