Mend Cloth and Mend the Broken

What if anything is the difference between:

The Palladium Fantasy spell "Mend Cloth"
and "Mend the Broken"?

One only fixes cloth items and is found in the PF2 core book, & is not in the RBoM. (haven't yet to get the newest book yet.)

The other fixes things/objects with xDC and found in the RBoM, & isn't in the PF game.

Can "Mend the Broken" fix cloth at the same P.P.E. costs and "Mend Cloth"?

Basically can the one do what the other does?

Mend the Broken specifically can "restore worn fabric" and fix other inanimate objects, so yes it can mend cloth. PPE costs as listed in the book. I treat them as separate spells, though the outcome may be the same for cloth items.

Mend Cloth can only fix cloth items, like the name says.

Reading the text as a whole would of answered these questions for yourself.
