Prowl penalty to exo-skeleton body armor

What does the people think the penalty for prowl should be on exo-skeleton armors like NG Gladius or TR Myrmidon?

I am thinking of using the CS exo-skeleton armor penalty since it seems the most robust.

Good; -30% to prowl, but only -10% to swim, perform acrobatics and similar physical skills/performance, and no penalty to climb.

...the Gladius Light is the perfect “heavy” body armor with light enhancements... The Gladius sinks like a rock in water... The Gladius has only the basic features common to most Environmental Body Armor (EBA), NOT power armor; see page 52 of this book.

Movement Penalties: ... -15% to -20% in heavy types of armor. Full armor impairs mobility and inflicts a penalty on Physical skills such as Acrobatics, Climbing, Gymnastics, Prowl, Pick Pockets, Swimming and similar.

So, I'd keep it simple and give -20% to prowl and other physical actions, but swimming is impossible.

SB1r pg 34 has the customization of prowl capability for robots (presumably could be applied to PA, but would be a pricey mod!)

Nice find! I hadn't considered it as analogous to robot character traits, but I could see how that could be viable, or at least a guideline for building stealth into power armor.

I seem to recall some stealthy power armor suit in one of the Northern Gun books as well. Maybe there's one in Mercenaries, too?
