Captured Coalition pilot in Splynn? (Rifter)

I recall seeing a Coalition NPC-a pilot, (SAMAS IIRC) that had been captured by the Minions of Splugorth and sold into slavery in Splynn. She became I believe a Tattooed Man and was trying to become a full Minion of Splugorth since she knew she would be executed or worse if she went back to the Coalition. Does anyone remember which issue of the Rifter she was in? I cannot recall (Has been quite a while).

That is some pretty serious character evolution. Not sure what issue thats from but now I wanna read that article as well.

I remember the article. She was allowed to pick a tattoo and picked a dinosaur because of their anti-magic properties. She activates the dinosaur in the arena and it dispels the barrier around the arena allowing her to escape.
