Has anyone statted up the lesser apes?
We've been watching "Secrets of the Zoo: <Zoo X>" recently on Disney+. The TMNT hardbacks are coming. My interest is rekindled, especially in primates. Search is failing to turn up anything here for me.
TMNT&OS gives us:
Apes: chimps, gorillas, and orangutangs
Baboons
Monkeys: all the monkeys, everywhere
AtB2 gives us:
Chimps
Monkeys
Has anybody statted up lesser apes/gibbons?
As an aside, has anyone statted up binturong/bearcats?

Re: Has anyone statted up the lesser apes?
I've done gibbons and binturongs as part of an after the bomb south east asia supplement idea I was working on a few years ago. I'll see if I can fish them out and post them.

Ape: Gibbon
Original Animal Characteristics
Description: Gibbons are smallish, long-armed apes found amongst tropical rainforests across Asia. Incredibly fast and agile in the trees, their long arms aid them in swinging gracefully from branch to branch: they can cross distances of up to 15 m (50 ft) and reach speeds as high as 56 kph (35 mph). Fur is usually black, brown or grey, with white markings on face, hands and feet, but can vary widely from black to white, light brown to dark. The black-furred siamang is twice the size of other gibbons, with a large resonating throat sac.
Size level: 4 (Siamang: 6)
Length: 40-60 cm (1.3-2.0 ft) (Siamang: 1m (3.3 ft))
Weight: 5-7kg (11-15 lb) (Siamang: 14kg (31 lb))
Build: Medium
Mutant Changes and Costs
Total BIO-E: 50 (Siamang: 40)
Attribute Bonuses: +1 I.Q., +3 P.S., +4 P.P., + 2 Spd.
Human Features
Hands: Automatically Partial or 5 BIO-E for Full
Biped: Automatically Partial or 5 BIO-E for Full
Speech: 5 BIO-E for Partial or 10 BIO-E for Full
Looks: Automatically Partial or 5 BIO-E for Full
Natural Weapons:
None
Mutant Animal Powers:
5 BIO-E for Advanced Vision
5 BIO-E for Advanced Touch
5 BIO-E for Prehensile Feet
5 BIO-E for Throat Sac (special: serves as a resonating chamber, increasing the range of the gibbon’s calls up to 1 km (0.6 miles). Note: useful for signalling (especially if the intended recipient has learned to recognise different types of call in advance), but cannot form recognisable words or sentences)
10 BIO-E for Brachiation (special: any animal can attempt to swing from branch to branch (or similar), but those with the power of brachiation are uniquely adapted to do so: arms and hands become 50% longer than normal and the wrists form ball-and-socket joints to help release pressure on the arms and shoulders. Span and travelling speed depends on size level: the character can traverse widths of size level +10 m (33 ft) (e.g. size level 8=18m (59ft)), and can travel at a maximum speed of 40 kph (25 mph) +3 kph (1.9 mph) for each size level (e.g. size level 7=61 kph (38 mph), provided there are enough hand-holds available.
5 BIO-E for Extra Intelligence Quotient
10 BIO-E for Extra Mental Affinity
5 BIO-E for Brute Strength
10 BIO-E for Beastly Strength
5 BIO-E for Extra Physical Prowess
5 BIO-E for Leaping: Standard
10 BIO-E for Leaping: Rodent
15 BIO-E for Leaping: Feline
Vestigial Disadvantages:
-5 BIO-E for taking Diet: Herbivore
-10 BIO-E for taking Vestigial Arms! (Special: the arms are overlong and ungainly, hanging low beside the body. The character is constantly knocking into things or knocking things over (similar to vestigial tail), especially when reaching for objects. Delicate work can be performed without penalty (as the arms will usually be held relatively still for such work), but skills involving wide movements of the arms (such as most physical skills, piloting skills or combat) will be performed at -10%. Also suffers -2 to parry. Cannot be taken with Brachiation.)
Ape: Orang-utan
Original Animal Characteristics
Description: Orang-utans are large apes found in the rainforests of Borneo and Sumatra. They are well adapted to arboreal life and spend almost all of their lives in the trees. They have a large, bulky body covered by reddish-brown hair, with a thick neck, long, strong arms and short, bowed legs. Adult males develop large cheek pads, which are a symbol of age and dominance. Fruit makes up most of their diet, but they also eat vegetation, insects and even eggs. Orang-utans are among the most intelligent and social of the great apes. Many mutant orang-utans live in ‘civilised’ settlements such as Bandar Sultan and the Gunung Palung Commune, but there are stories of primitive arboreal tribes of orang-utans living deep in the jungles of Borneo who are very aggressive towards outsiders. Another major orang-utan settlement, the Tanjing Puting Commune, was raided and destroyed by the Jakartan Empire, its inhabitants murdered or enslaved.
Size level: Males: 11, Females: 8
Length: Males: 1.2-1.4 m (4.0-4.6ft), Females: 0.9-1.1 m (2.9-3.6 ft)

-5 BIO-E for Nearsightedness
Civet, Linsang & Binturong (Bearcat)
Original Animal Characteristics
Description: Civets are cat-like in appearance, but are in actual fact viverrids, with long, slender bodies and short legs, and a longer muzzle, similar to a mongoose. Colouring can range from grey-black with a raccoon-like mask (as in the Asian palm civet) to lighter colours with rows of spots or stripes and ringed tails. Linsangs are a smaller related species, with an even more pronounced physical similarity to cats. The Binturong, or Bearcat, is not related to bears or cats, but is also a viverrid. Its body is covered in coarse black fur, it has small eyes and ears and a long prehensile tail. All three types are arboreal, nocturnal and omnivorous, eating primarily fruits, but also shoots, leaves, eggs, carrion and small animals. Binturongs and many civet species have well-developed, strong-smelling scent glands.
Size level: Civet: 3, Linsang: 2, Binturong: 4
Length: Civet: 40-70 cm (17-28 in), Linsang: 30-38 cm (12-15 in), Binturong: 60-96 cm (24-38 in)
