If Karl Prosek dies, Joseph Prosek will take over. Also, at some point, the Coalition is going to learn about the extent of Atlantis empire, and other multi-dimensional forces that control vast empires. I think it would make sense for the Coalition to start a program of deportation, rather than extermination. The Prosek's are not stupid, they know they can't hope to stand up to billions of interdimensional troops that can rift in from anywhere in the Mega-verse. Their only hope would be to create their own multi-dimensional empire, perhaps settling up bases on the moon or mars as well.

I use this as a basis for a spin off I call Rifts: Timeline Alpha. In the future, there exists a timeline where the CS will have spanned a multi-dimensional, space faring, human supremist empire. There exists within the empire a schism based on their founders ideology, between Karl Prosek's genocidal Campaign of Extermination, and Jospeh Prosek's more 'tolerant' program of Displacement, Conquest, and Exploitation towards non Humans.

Given the history of human civilizations, if a nation ever deported or murdered all the undesirables within their borders, human beings, such as we are, would find a new bunch to blame the failings and short comings of society upon.
Visual differences in skin color or such just make it easy to categorize.

I recall a movie, Gattaca, where the sci-fi society's discrimination, according to the main character, was reduced to a supposed science that could detect genetic challenges.

The de-Gene-oret or whatever they called them were those born naturally instead of with a geneticist's help to prevent as many flaws as possible.

Everyone has a genetic score.

Job opportunities and promotion prospects were based upon one's scores.

Likewise, women test a prospective man's DNA from a kiss or something to profile him so she knows what his genetic score.

My belief being, if the CS wiped out all non-humans, people would go back to prejudice against their fellow human beings. People will always find some reason and someone to hate.

Not necessarily. The Megaverse as no shortage of evil foes to turn their weapons upon. As long as Vampire Intelligences, Alien Intelligences, Splugorth, Dominator, demons, dyyvils etc etc. Humanity could still rally & stand united against an enemy that deserves to be "Othered".

A CS triumphant timeline sounds awesome to me. Humanity finally casting out it's earthly invaders. An Esrth that weathered the Coming of the Rifts & a thousand unceasing invasions. It'd be interesting to follow the genetic differences of humanity in this timeline too. I've heard others theorize about how the CS's use of psychics but it's hate of magic has skewed the genetics in the CS humans to almost start to be considered it's own separate subrace. Imagine if the CS turned into the psychic equivalent to True Atlanteans. Long lives, natural abilities & talents, but no magical connection, rather a psychic one. Maybe even developing the Rift Control guys to make psychic ways to deal with interdimentional travel & leyline control.

I could see Joey P turning quisling to humanity, and cozying up to Inix to shuffle all sorts off world. Maybe Columbia works as a go-between.

The CS will fail, in the long run; in a world like Rifts Earth, humanity simply can't stand alone.
There's just too much ultra-powerful stuff out there. And the atrocities they're well-known for committing will cause everyone to strike at them sooner or later.
The humans-only thing only half-way works is Warhammer 40k because everyone else is also a bunch of xenophobic isolationists, just plain evil, or so naive as to be barely workable.
