Zavor
Does 'psi-sword' affect Zavor the same way magical weapons do? What about other psychic abilities like catatonic strike, pyrokinesis, telekinetic punch, etc.?

All psionics are fully effective against Zavors and do not induce the creatures to divide. Same with nonmagical weapons and unarmed attacks from natural, mortal, creatures.

Not completely true. Zavor are immune to a surprising number of non-magical attacks, as well. They don't cause multiplication, they just do no damage.
Ah, that wasn't really covered in the Conversion Book (don't have the PF book they're in). That explains the note about wood, silver and iron weapons.

yeah let me pull out my copy of M&A
hmmm.... Zavors are vulnerable to all Psionic attacks however only weapons made of wood silver and iron can harm a Zavor and they cant be magical

All members of my party have for years carried a standard unenchanted iron dagger specifically for dealing with Zavor (after a particularly nasty incident early in our careers in which it took us a very long time to figure out how to kill them). Psi-Swords weren't acceptable in our game, as the GM ruled them to be "weapons" despite their psionic nature.
