nice, though i'd say that vampires take no damage from energy WEAPONS, although energy expulsion powers should work fine. other than that it looks good

Hmmm. I'm not sure about the idea of another vampire variant in HU. We've already got some HU specific "Vampires" in Villains Unlimited. You might check out Dirk Nightwalker/Lady Dracula. Albiet those "Vampires" are not true Vampires but the result of a goverment experiment.

That's less a vampire variant then experiments who all have the same psychosis that makes them think they're vamps.

But, if you want to do it, go for it!

However, the average vampire only needs about 2-3 pints a night if even (and older vamps would know how to "conserve" blood), the fact that they tend to drain from 2-3 people a week to a person a night is neither here nor there, but will eventually have him noticed and tracked by a) Vampire Hunters, or, b) Vampires wanting him to leave/die/learn better, or, c) Both.

This goes beyond what little I know of White Wolf's play on Vamps and into actual lore/legend. (Some needed so much less that they could have fed on one person forever, and not done any real damage - other than anemea and low energy levels in the victim.)
