I'd assign a drop of three skills to allow him to keep progressing in his H-t-H Skill {after he surpassed his old level}.
Eyes without life, maggot-ridden corpses, mountains of skulls... these are a few of my favourite things.

I am the first angel, loved once above all others...

Light a man a fire, and he's warm for a day; light a man on fire, and he's warm for the rest of his life.

Turning the other cheek just gets you slapped harder.

wer're at odds again Vrykolas... given a) the rules b) the fact that the character is completely away from his cultural background and is not likely to find anybody to help him progress in Zanji Shinjinken Ryû, after breaking his discipline in a major way to become a juicer, I'd rule that he just CAN'T take it up again and has to go with the combat form from his new OCC ...

If the GM is willing to allow the character to go through all that... it's not strictly speaking munch... still, it's a pretty bit of power gaming... and if I were the GM, I'd go for putting the character through some time of servitude (or does he have the raw cash to get the procedure done on him cpmmercially, no strings attached *too*) and use that plot device to hand him his own butt on a platter...

Actualy dropping 3skills works, as per the rules in rifter number 3.

the Rifters are NOT offical material, they are optional rules from fans that palladium distributes to keep people happy and be on the lookout for promising new writers, who may get to write their own book someday to make them offical, but that's no garentee.

as it stands, the Rifter # 3 has no bearing on the rules of the game, which says no.
