Well, it is presented as a minor power...
There you go man, keep as cool as you can.

them to believe that you perceive the web they weave
and keep on thinking free.

Aside from the terrible spelling, none of these powers really grab my attention.. however, the ability to walk into a wall and form a living doorway would be interesting, the super being becomes intangible, along with the section of wall or object the character is phasing through, which allows the character to either pass on through, or stay in position half way through so that others can climb through the super human's out of phase body, and thereby pass through the wall themselves.
The super being can not pass himself through others, however, unless more or less completely embedded in a wall or other similar solid object.
Perhaps the character also has the ability to become elongated or compressed to match the thickness/depth of the wall, up to a certain limit per level of experience?

..as good as anything else in PU1?!
That was either a compliment towards budda's powers write ups.. or a broad, damning statement directed at PU1.. I'm not sure which, but at the least I can testify that PU1 doesn't have as many spelling errors
eg. Engable, flour, , pillers, odjects, ect.
Some of them are fairly funny though.
i had an idea a while ago on a variation of D-room. the hero with the power can not go into the room, but can use it as a dimensional prison room for 1 prisoner/level. either thrown bodily into the D-prison, or a touch or ranged effect with a saving throw. then perhaps to be fair, a limit to how long one can be kept in the D-prison.

This topic has been trimmed due to going off-topic and flaming. In the future please refrain from repeatedly nitpicking posters who don't observe proper rules of grammar and spelling. By the same token, there is no need for profanity in response to such nitpicking.

Just a thought on the Wink out power.. why not have a power that allows the character to go completely out of phase with the universe, in effect the character Dimension shifts into a sort of non-dimension, for game purposes this could be treated similar to the Astral plane, and while the character could transport carried, size restricted and probably non-living objects into this non-dimension, it would be very hard to find them again if left behind and looked for on returning.. this could be covered by the Astral navigation table.. the benefits of the power are that it provides a fool proof escape route, and can be accessed anywhere.. it may even provide some sort of limited teleporting ability at higher levels of experience (you have to move through the non-dimension and this translates into a different exit point when you arrive back in normal space.. however, there is no way to navigate but via guesswork), but, when in the non-dimension the character is completely cut off from normal space, time works the same in both locations, the non-dimension has no means of supporting the character (no food or water, just air and some heat) and it is incredibly boring to hang out there for any length of time. Electronics don't work in the non-dimension, nor does magic or psychic powers, but all normal biological functions carry on as per usual.
When the character exits into the non-dimension, there is a slight popping sound due to inwards rushing air, as the character simply vanishes, leaving behind an empty space.. the reverse is true when the character re-appears, creating a slight outward 'whuff' of air.
The act of transition from dimension to non-dimension counts as one melee action.
