OK, heres one for ya...
The Techno smithy OCC in Three Galaxies has the skill Metallurgy at +15%
But not in a single one of the books is there a metallugy skill description, percentage base, or anything relating to that.
Nor is there anything in any of the FAQ's on the site about it.
