Otherwise, you'ld need a "Mystic Knight in Space" Which would suck outside a spaceship cause all spacesuits are effectively EBA for magic rules.

I say, go the non-magic way, for simplicity. Maybe a Phaeton Juicer fighter/bot pilot.

Or, a Grackletooth space captain, kinda a rough-and-tumble type, flying his ship with a P-Beam rifle in his hand, and a cigar puffing away.
