Keep the name for one year, as a tribute to the character's good deeds.

The only thing that confuses me, how did he lose his will to live?

I suppose the savage beating and having his cyber armor ripped off his body may have been a contributing factor.

The chicken-wing sauce my local pizza place makes would probably bring him back to life! :x

Keep the good knights name :ok:.

Let his deeds be given a proper tribute -- by making his name a title bestowed only upon the most worthiest of CK Champions.

For instance, if Nekira was a Cyber-Knight of sufficient worth, she might become Lady Sudacne-Taylor... or Sir Zerebus would become Sir Zerebus-Taylor... or Sir Geronimo-Taylor...

Of course, if you wanted to continue the story of the original Sir Taylor one could say that he was resurrected long enough to have his remaining organics transferred to a full conversion borg... or maybe even becoming a Mystically Bestowed or Immortal character from HU with super abilities echoing his CK heritage (such as Bio-Armor and Energy Weapon Extensions).

Or, he could even be a Gestalt being from PU2 -- his ghost not finding rest in the great ever-after and continuing to walk the earth, taking temporary form to continue his fight against evil from beyond the grave...

Well, fine... but just break it to him gently that you're more into the casual dating than the long-term commitment.

Oh, and be classy enough to give him back the ring... after all, he's got a funeral to pay for...

The possibilities are definitely out there if you wanted to keep him... after all, how many times has being dead been much of a deteriment to a RPG character?
