Answer: For humans, figure that normal untrained characters can leap 4' high and 5' long. Characters with either the acrobatics or gymnastics skills increase their distance by 2' per level of experience (Note: This is 2' for either skill; having both skills will NOT increase the distance beyond the 2'). Modifying a character's leaping distance for physical attributes (i.e. speed, strength, and/or prowess) is an option for the individual GM. If so applied, characters with Superhuman/Supernatural Strength would leap twice the normal distance (i.e. 8' high and 10' long plus 4' per level of experience).
This seems a bit silly-being stronger doesn't make you jump farther? Also, many gods in Pantheons are listed as having extremely high jumping distances-do you think it would make more sense to try to retro-fit those rules, or to use these rules?
I think they don't really take much into account... I have a HU guy with 70 SN ST, and Palladium is the only system I have played that doesn't give big leap bonuses to jumpers...
Or, am I crazy?
I'd say make them about like Borgs and Juicers, or double.
jump 15 feet high and 20 feet long (like above) or double it.
but yea, it dosn't make any sense. those mucles are a lot stronger.

I'd go with the same as thier lifting wieght. Supernatural creatures can lift something like 2.5 x more for the same wieght, on average. So just have them leap 2.5 x higher and further.
For superhuman PS, they fall under bionic strength. So their leap would be the same as a normal person.

ummm. . .
1. they lift 100 times as much as a normal person.
2. bionic strength can jump 15 feet high and 20 feet long usually.

Hmmm, um...uh...well lemme see here. I was just going with the whole strong characters can carry 20 x thier ps, while supernatural can carry 50 x thier PS. The number 50 seems about 2.5 times more than the number 20. That's at least where I got that number from.
I havn't seem the bionic strength jump anywhere though...could you tell me where is it listed?

it's listed under pretty much every model of Borg discribed.

Not really. "Pretty much every model of Borg described" has a jump distance listed for THAT model of borg. What I was asking, and I believe dnjscott was asking was for the distance of Superhuman strength, which the RGMG lists as equal to Bionic St. So once again....where does it list the distance a borg can jump based on it's strength??? Or is there a place??? If not then by default it would probably be the same as normal leap distances. IMHO

..The human leap rules can be found on page 44 of the Rifts main book, unless you have a 8th printing or eariler, in which case all you get is a side-rear view of a SAMAS in flight (cut from the attack on the demon on page 39).
..I believe there are superhuman strength leaping rules in the Heroes Unlimited G. M.'s Guide...
..It's all about the math, baby!
