I am looking for a couple page document called Real men, Real Roleplayers, Psychotics and munchkins. It had some really funny one liners in it.

There was a version of that on Dustin M. Ramsey's Rifts-RPG.com, but that site is now dead and gone. You might be able to find it in an archived version of the site however: http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://rifts-rpg.com
