first of all, it is a MAJOR. it has to compete with things like invuln and aps: everything. if it were any less, it would be UNDERPOWERED.
secondly, they did rework it in powers unlimited 1. it is now regeneration ultima. and is actually more powerful than the original.
look up in the sky, it's a bird, it's a plane, it's Airman, *****, and i'm bringin' the pain!
