Munchkin juicer
What is the most legal munchkin juicer you could make? Odd Question I know but please bear with me.

I'd say a toss up between a mega-juicer and a dragon juicer....
If the dragon juicer rolled that he had dragon vampirism...and could theoretically live forever...then the dragon juicer hands down!!

A standard Delphi Juicer is Munchkin enough in my opinion, or a Phaeton in Naruni Power Armor.
If you want really Munchy any Juicer with Bio-Wizard transformation (MDC, increased stats etc.) or symbiotic implants.
Dragon Juicers can be munchy but a creative GM evens that out by making them have to hunt dragons for blood and have dragons and dragonwright cultists hunt them.

The word "THAN" is important. Something is "better than" something else, not "better then", it's "rather than" not "rather then".

Then what you have is the greatest slicing and dicing machine ever.
Quickflex+hth Zanji+ Boxing = 10attacks at first level. paired weapons and 2 battlefury makes that 40attacks at first level each one doing 1d6x10. Automatic dodge, and not to mention any martial arts powers that make you MDC.
Best of all, this is something that is completely legal. the only stretch being the Gm's inclusion of the Rules presented in Rifter #3
also ignoreing the blurb in Rifts Japan about Zanji being exclusive to the Samuri OCC and no others.
and even if they DID allow the Rifter #3, it's still pantently illegle sinse it's not offical material.

I believe i said the Rifter thing would be the only stretch. and you CAN get the N&SS zanji from the rules in the rifter, not Rifts Japan.
the last time i checked rifter material is Optional, not illegal.
it's not a sterach, it's a violation. leastaways that how I see it.

How is using published material in the rifter a violation? not for every GM? maybe. but why a violation?
except for certain specified items, it's not really made by or endorced by Palladium. it's just a forum for GM's to exchange House Rules and Home Brew creations.
thusly, I treat it as I would any other GM's houserule, acceptable for some games, but still pantantly a rules violation.

actually. . .
a Murder Wraith juicer can kill a GB without a problem.
all normal juicer powers, like autodode, with supernatural strength as well as invulnerabilites equal to a wearwolf or vampire, meaning that unless the GB has silver rail gun ammo, he can't hurt it at all.

Fauntus... you're making a pure munchkin thing, not a legal one
a) since when can a quickflex receive the juicer treatment and benefit from it? (Juicer uprising was published later than CWC, and the section on non human Juicers doesn't mention them)
b) where and how would your juicer have learned Zanji Shinjinken ryû kenjutsu? even in Japan, it's rare and hard to learn, let alone in places where they manufacture juicers. to boot, the class is not supposed to have access to full martial arts forms.
and oh yeah... having the connections and money to have a pair of battle fury swords crafted and enchanted to specs? You know, most people who have that kind of resources don't need to throw most of their life away for the "power" of the juicer... and if a guy with that kind of resources had been made into one against his will, I guess he'd still have a lot of game time to spend under the watchful eyes of his masters and their henchment before being able to escape and go get such implements made.
So not only is it NOT legal, it's silly.
BTW, the rules in Rifter 3 apply to N&SS Mas , should they have survived to Rifts earth. but the number of attacks you specify shows you've been using the Rifts Japan version, not the original, which does not allow for the "2 attacks for living"...
Also, would you mind counting back those attacks?
living : 2 or (N&SS version) Zanji : 4
zanji : 2 Juicer : 2
juicer: 2 boxing : 1
boxing : 1 Quik Flex : 1
quik Fx : 1 No 2 for living, as per N&SS martial arts
total 8 there are 2 missing. where did I err?

The most powerful...
Legal...
Titan Murder Wraith Juicer!
Hundreds of hit points that only silver or magic can harm, really high supernatural PS, good regeneration, no fear, never dies, and can wield TW weapons.
Give him a pair of battle fury blades and he could destroy just about anything.
I actually have used this as an NPC on my player groups. Way too much fun.

I'll post my 100% legal PG Juicer Munchie that doesn't even see a 'splicer after I make it home!
Home:
Ok kiddies, can't find the notes I was using, but they're simple enough...
Step One
Become Juiced (basic Juicer in this case) (Ave lifespan 74 months)
(Note: Character has major psi)
Step Two
Captured by Atlantean forces
Put in the tank and turned max MDC (200 MDC)
Step Three
Dropped into Asylum and "shown the light"
Given Talo Mind Worms (now has 20)
Step Four
Given Absurr Life Node...add 4D6x10+20 MDC...triple average lifespan (now 222 months)
Step Five
Given Chest Amalgomate...add 4D4x10+20 MDC...add twenty years to average lifespan (now 462 months)
Step Six
Released in Eastern Europe
Step Seven
Captured by "Angel of Death" and given an Eternal Brain chip...double lifespan (now 924 months)
Step Eight
Escape (Let go?) prior to implantation of explosive and homing chips
Tally: Doubly enhanced Psionic Juicer of the obscenely MDC body with a lifespan projected to be Seventy Seven years.
Anyone want me to stat him out?

WOW Borast ... while this character strongly defies the laws of plausibility... (come on, enhanced by both the sploogs AND the Angel of Death ? I guess she'd have gutted and dissected him instead) ... it IS quite munch and rather legal (totally improbable, but at least theoretically possible).
BTW, if you want an obscenely enhances psionic of a juicer, why did you choose a major psi standard guy rather than de delphi?

Lets give this pre-MDC human some jucie......lets say some Titan jucie......then at 16 he becomes a MDC creaure with a lifespan of 100,000 years...yum....and a max of 2,460 MDC.....also yum.

The young human Titan Jucier has over 2k SDC, then turns MDC in adult hood.
Humans can get the treatment, Young sea titan is no diffrent then a human, and hopefully the regeneration of the adult form of the RCC will accept the Biocomp.
Problems:
Not accepting the bio-comp (not sure how regen would work in this case)
Anyway, this one kind of skirts reality in the same way spiderman's powers do. Radiation=superpower? come on.
Bad call Silverth ... they may juice up young men ... but not barely pubescent teens. Beside the fact that they might want to wait for the subject to have fully finished his growth, so that the strength and other bonuses get as high as possible, I just don't want to think of the hell a bio comp system would play on the system of somebody still weathering the hormonal storms of adolescence. It might actually get quite detrimental, if there are conflicts between the bodies natural changes and the pull of the bio comp... or, perhaps even worse, a synergy... might get right down to the grotesque level... actually, for a titan juicer, it probably would.
And yes... the Sea titan's system would reject all implants as soon as the regeneration set in. And I just wonder exactly what would happen when the teen sea titan's system tried to regenerate him to normal, once the bio comp was out and the massive doses of steroids and the rest were no longer coming.... of course, the forced growth, such of it as had taken place, being an integral part of the body, would stay ... (alternately, the body could just start rejecting the metal bonded into the bones, and the kid would probably die of a major autoimmune disease, that or being crushed by his own muscle mass after the skeleton had been weakened back to normal).
And as for the immortal lifespan ... well, nevermind, he might be able to count on 20 to 100 years, but would get worn out anyway... of course, that wouldn't happen since the implants would get expelled and the body would regenerate itself back to normal.

Anyway, I have an idea that is just plain munchkin. In the underseas book, the Sea Titan RCC says that a Sea Titan starts life as a regular human kid with increase SDC. around the age of 16 he become the MDC Sea Titan. The doc, maybe... (and yet... I''m not sure that the average cyber doc is chop shop scum ready to do any evil thing for money... they have to be real doc, and probably got some ethics training and swore the hippocratic oath), but whoever is sponsoring the operation probably wants value for his money, and a real combat worthy juicer rather than an experimental freak... so he's not too likely to take a youngster with no skills and an underdeveloped physique.
I'm assuming a sponsor, because the average 15 yr old rarely has personal access to the kind of money it takes to pay for his own treatment... we're still assuming the kid is so young that his sea titan nature has not yet asserted itself.

there are MANY referecens to unscrupous cyber docs thoughout the books that will do ANYTHING for money. also referecnes to "docs" who enslve people for experiments with juicers. and the hippocratic oath likely never survived teh rifts.

could be a forced experiment, could be a kid who stumbled on a fourtune. . .
though for me it's a non-issue, as I let my PC's be any age they choose, minimum 12, with no penaties applied.

Like I said in the post...
Midwerks was out just a few weeks when I created him... Juicer Uprisings was not even an accepted manuscript at that date.

Where did you find that damage figure for the plasma gun?
If you take the care to look up in Mercs, you'll see that the Angrar PA only does 1d4x10 MDC, and 1d6x10 for the main rail gun...
The figure you quote is on the order of a tank gun's (though not necessarily the very biggest on the market), not that of a PA borne weapon system....
as for the"too much MD for size" comment... what about the glitter boy?

Someone quick shoot this poor boy...he's obviously terminal to comeup with something like this!
Seriously...
If you could somehow manage to introduce necromagic to Japan and a couple of death cults...MAYBE...
Still a (moderately) bad idea...
Do you have ANY idea what the clan would do to the cult members that brought their asset across like this?!
