Dragons and level advancement

So, does anyone know if a dragon hatchling's PPE/ISP/MDC increase with levels and if so where is this info located? I'm rolling up a hatchling with the main book and I can't find rules for advancement anywhere, which I find a little odd. Can these stats really be that static for 600 years until the dragon goes through its growth spurt and becomes an adult? Seems fishy to me.

They get PPE but no ISP or MDC per level.
In PF they get SDC per level but the Rifts notes give no MDC. You could give the SDC up to MDC but that would not be "official" and good luck getting an official answer.

Huh, just seems kinda odd a creature would stay the same for 600 years then in the space of a day or two become three or four times more powerful. And don't give me butterflies and other cocoon spinning insects as an example, 'cause I don't think it fits. Dragons are supposed to be these all powerful, near omnicient buggers that are as arrogant as the day is long. I would think the'd get better with age like wine and cheese...not just overnight.

Still, in their life cycles, 600 years is nothing to them. It's the equivalent of hitting puberty for humans. Plus, it's also a built in stopgate to prevent players from growing to the same super weapons that dragons are when they're adults. Not many campaigns last for 600 game years.

Plus, they're creatures of magic. They don't operate on the evolutionary chain like we do.

kind of going off topic whats the conversion rate for bringing over a hatchling from PF to rifts? or where is it in the books?
