Well, as they are written in the books my favorite is a tossup between Hellbent and Voltaic. Not over the top borderline munchkin, but still very formidable.
You throw in Cardiac's VU updates to HU2 status, then it's a VERY close tossup between the Mega-Hero version of Onslaught and Voltaic. A battle betweent the two of them is something I'd love to see drawn out into comic book format.

Mine, I prefer Brother Kro, particularly for the way he antagonizes Ikarus.
Karnilla, cause she's hot and has awesome magick powers and finally the Fixer, since I like the "rogue/mad scientist" type (and his Mind Melter friend Mentallo.)
I assumed it was just for HU bad guys and I kind of did anyway.

Svartalf- if Cherico were a character created in a point game system, he'd have all his scores in geeky skills and his youtube and weird net stuff schticks all paid through a a Terminal Bad Luck (with more nasty GM intervention) disadvantage, and probably an Uncouth (can not have social skills) disad as well... In an RPG with deadly situations that character would have had to be replaced a dozen times over[
True, Chiang Six is most formidible, but in my book, Evil-Masquerading-as-Good is by far the best. Doc Feral, take a bow.

Cheating slightly, but I do play Skraypers as a HU sourcebook.. I've just got to vote for the Tarlok (as a breed), and Six-Barrel is my favorite twisted robot dude... I just can't go past a well thought out psychopath for a villain.
Oh Chiang is the man!! I have ripped up characters with that villian.

This I have got to hear. Just how do you get that villian to give players a run for their money?
