well, the Gigantes (revised conversion books, page 96) can take any non-coalition OCC and have a small amount of MDC.

Chiang-Ku dragon hatchlings (rifts england) can take any magic OCC, but only get the magic and such, not the skill set for the class.

that's all a quick serch turned up, I might make a more intensive one later.

That's just the ones I can find (just now) by skimming the 4 Three Galaxies books. I can guarentee you can probably find more in Pantheons of the Megaverse, and in the HU Aliens Unlimited and Galaxy Guide, among others... :D

Oh, and using Pantheons...take ANY being, pin him/her/it to Yggisal(sp!!!) with a rune weapon, and if (s)he/it survives the experience, will have the knowledge of ALL forms of magic - but not the special abilities of any, except those of a 'Walker...
