I can't remember who asked this, or on what forum, but it was asked what is the CS Psychics level of training. I just happened to be flipping though my Seige on Tolkeen book to refernece some things for some of my posts here, and stumbled on the answer on page 29 of the first SoT book, under CS psychics.
they usually have basic CS "grunt" training. but sometimes have Communications specailst as well.
that said, I belive they could be anything, the elite might be commandos or higher.
