Attribute bonuses question.
When doing attribute bonuses do you also add in bonuses from physical skills and OCC, or is it just from dice rolling?

you add in all bonuses from all sources.

how i do it
first off it's pretty confusing figuring in all the factors of attributes, attribute bonuses, and physical skill attribute bonuses.
When rolling up a character with 3D6 for every attribute (i.e. Humans) when determining their base attributes just roll 3D6 for that first part to determine whether or not you roll another 1D6 for that attribute (if u originally get a 16, 17 or 18) then after dealing with that add on the other stuff and figure out your bonuses....
all my point is that you shouldn't roll an extra 1D6 for an attribute because you took enough physical skills to raise yourself to a 16, 17, 18 and then after that giving yourself an extra 1D6 because of that (big no no).

while there can be a valid argumant for that, it is not done that way.
the attributes are deturmined and when that step is resolved you move on to checking if you meet the OCC minimums.
then the OCC bonuses and skill bonuses are added.
all in full. it's just a matter of noting them down in turn so you do not double up on them.
The Extra dices to show the PC as an exceptional attribute before they got down to a specific OCC.
Some times what they are natuarly good at may not stack with their OCC. you can resist min/maxing.
