Vampire and Psi-Swords

Are psi-swords considered magical weapons? Can they cause damage to vampires like a magic sword can?

"The Psi-sword inflicts hit point damage to vampires rather than mega-damage, but cannot permanently destroy a vampire."

So hack their head off and stake them.
Then burn the head and body seperately.

you know... staking BEFORE hacking off the head is more efficient and reasible.

Also, I'd recommend your Mindmelter to acquire Hydrokinesis... In Rifts that running water thing is a really powerful anti vamp tool.

and you'd better acquire a TW watergun.... best way to destroy a vamp...
