Maybe it will be discribed in the up coming Mysteries of Magic .......IF it ever gets off the production back burner.

It wasn't cut, it was never finished in the final manuscript (if memory serves)

At the time, we were all told it was cut because of size constraints on the book. We were also told that it "may" show up in 'cutting room floor' at some point, unless PB decided to put it into another book...

Annoying.

a very similiar thing happened to Tezuan, who was mentioned (again) in Northern Hinterlands, it also says that there is more "in the next section" but there isnt...Bill Coffin was a great author for PF, but there are some editing mistakes in them...
