Baalgor wastelands book

In the Balgor Wastelands book there is a note that says for more info on the Golden City of Balgore look in the adventure section. Sadly I couldn't find referance to this in the adventure section.. Does anyone know if this was left out or am i looking in the wrong place?

At the time, we were all told it was cut because of size constraints on the book. We were also told that it "may" show up in 'cutting room floor' at some point, unless PB decided to put it into another book...

Annoying.

a very similiar thing happened to Tezuan, who was mentioned (again) in Northern Hinterlands, it also says that there is more "in the next section" but there isnt...Bill Coffin was a great author for PF, but there are some editing mistakes in them...
