Game Master guide missing robot/PA combat tables?

Is the Game Master guide missing the robot combat tables? It mentions them in the skill section for Robot/PA piloting, not finding it though.

Have there been, listed in another book, changes to the tables made on pg 44-45?

Any new power armor or robot combat rule changes that snuck in in some other book? It's still a cumulative deal right (dodge, strike, etc. )? Bonuses from robot/pa get added to charcter bonuses as per main book pg 40-41.

..They're not missing from it because there was no reason to reprint them.

..Each suit of Power Armor and Robot has listed basic modifications to Robot Combat Elite for that specific suit/robot in the full description in whichever book they are in, But they are all based on the skills found in the Rifts Main Book, which is still necessary to play the game.

I wrote Palladium about this very thing when the book first came out. They intended to include it, but the section was accidently left out. Regardless, they said the section in the Main Book still holds true and remains the canon law.
