Being MD doesn't make you supernatural, nor does it automatically give you are bonus to strength.
Unless the MD character has a specific bonus to strength, such as a statement in his description saying he is twice as strong as a human of equivalent PS, or stated to have enhanced strength (which is the same thing), or has supernatural strength, he will still have his normal human strength.
MDC creatures are the same. Unless it says they have supernatural strength, they don't.
A characters SDC/MDC is completely seperate from strength.
