Is this an O.C.C. that is actually given a full write up in three different books, or is it an O.C.C. with optional rules mentioned later(like the Advanced Crazy)?

Angryjack wrote:pirate only appeared twice ( Underseas, South America 1) and the only other time it apeared is adventures in the High seas.
it also appears in sourcebook four: CS Navy
But, it doesn't appear to have a write up in Underseas. CS Navy and South America are the only books that it does have a full write up. I think the three appearances limitation means it has three full write ups in different Rifts books. If the O.C.C. mentioned only had two full write ups in any book and followed the other limits, Pirate is a correct answer.

There you go man, keep as cool as you can. Face piles of trials with smiles. It riles them to believe that you perceive the web they weave and keep on thinking free.
Where is it in Mercenaries? Same with N&SS. And with Mutants in Orbit. And Phaseworld. While going through these books, I may have missed it. But 'Freelancer' is not an O.C.C. I saw anywhere other than Wormwood.

I lack access to my Rifts books at this time. I yield to whoever happens to post next

Clarification: It appears in one book which is not in the Palladium RPG world, but is intended for Palladium RPG use, and it has nothing to do with Rifts.

Then why is it in a Rifts topic?

the other ones were from barely rifts settings, MiO is vaguely rifts, but mostly ATB or Hu2 (the latter of which is the kind of universe the book this came from)
and why, it just seemed like a good challenge, and when you find it you will go, oh..duh.
if theres a problem with that, and i've broken the unwritten (It has to be from a Rift's book only) rule, let me know and Ill end the facade and defer to the next poster.
1. Has access to magic, but many have no idea about the ways of magic.
2. In the book that it appears in, it is the only O.C.C.
3. Has other special abilities
4. Does not start with any cybernetics

I didn't word one of the qualifies correctly. The O.C.C. has access to magic spells, so the T-Archer isn't the one I meant. But, it fit the original limits, so it is a correct answer. Go for it Atlas.
