Quick Questions

I was gonna start up a Recon game the other day, and for the life of me I could NOT find how to determine starting equipment/weapons for character creation? Anyone know where this is in the book?

Also, I noticed that there's no real damage listed for the speargun. Based on the notes for underwater combat it probably does 1D10, but that doesn't really seem right.

In other words, do what you have to do with the "Palladium Megaversal System." Pull rules and stuff out of your butt.
