rifter 24 has mesozoicland: part two... so I guess rifter 23 has part one... but that's a guess...

There was also an issue with a "how to" article on creating your own mutant animal templates for animals not in the main book.

I'll have to look that up when I go home this afternoon.

I remember the article, but I don't remember where it appeared. I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the Rifter.

It had to do with reverse engineering from Size Level 20 or something like that.

IMO, I'd rather have a template that allows us to do this for ourselves rather than having mutant animal templates appear haphazardly through the Rifter. I'd rather the Rifter be used for chimeras and such.
