Where on earth did you dig that out from? I haven't seen the screens like that for years!!

Man, was that back in the old threaded board days? Who else remembers them?
I'd get up in the morning and watch the sun rise over the yardarm of my sky-ship as the sails billowed in the breeze and the land slid by 300-odd metres below. I'd grasp the mahogany ship's wheel, turn her nose a few points back onto the line, and feel pity for all those poor bastards below who have to work for a living. - My idea of the good life in Rifts.

Steampunk SAMAS finally built!

I do even have a post in the Robotech forum. Its shame the posts weren't archived to.

Yeah, I was kind of upset about that too. :( I thought I might save my star fall adventure outline.

Someone posted a link to Internet Archives on sound off. I got curious like the monkey and went nosing around.

What's really disapointing to me is all these posts, and not one of those on that board has my name on it.

Cool bit of nostalgia, TAF.

Gaius
Strange, we ran down desparate streets and carved our names in the flesh of the city. The sun has stagnated somewhere beyond the rim of the horizon and the darkness is a mystery of curves and lines. Still, we lay under the emptiness and drifted slowly outward, and somewhere in the wilderness we found salvation scratched into the earth like a message.
