In this you have succeeded. It's actually one of the better elements of the game. I actually wish Nightbane had more of this scale of power, and the atmosphere as well.

think of it how I do.
less ley line activity than even Hu2's setting.
when converted to another setting, I would give the BTS2 characters more power...
but if you wanted to use them in Nightbane, it would be simple enough to say that the threat level still applies (maybe with a boost to fit the power level, nightbane are strong)
but yeah, it does rock that around normal people, you're just a normal person who can move a pencil, or get a sixth sense flash...nothing more
