Clues about Splicers (In other words HELP!!)

Alright, recently I've been sent Splicers submissions for The NEXUS POINT. I know nothing about the game whatesoever. I need to know what sections (see Rifts section) for material to go into. Please give me a basis on the game. Eventually I'll buy the book, but for now I need some input.

I was the one that sent those all in. I included a list of how they should be broken out. Maybe everyone else has an opinion.

I heard it from the man himself, Wayne Smith, that anything in the Rifter can also be posted on the web, but anything accepted for an official sourcebook has to be taken done from the net.

That is good to know. Never sure what is allowed.

Also, all Palladium or Chris has to do is ask and it will also be taken down too. Rifter submissions will be marked as so "Now in Rifter #" or "As seen in Rifter #" If they make it to a sourcebook, all the actual files will be taken down but a note will list that they now can be viewed in a sourcebook.

The purpose of The NEXUS POINT is not to deter away from the Rifter but to encourage people to create.
