Okay, there's only two official adventures; Shining Dragon Terrorism (in N&S) and An Outbreak of Alchemy (in MC), but how do you rate them as adventures? I've run SDT a few times, but it wasn't the best stock adventure I've ever run (I use some of the ones from Revised HU and TMNT instead). I've never run or played in An Outbreak of Alchemy and can't honestly find a reason to ever do so.

I didn't care much for either adventure myself. It seemed like much more care went into the adventures from HUII GMG.
I didn't really care for the adventures of HU Revised either, although I liked the Crime Masters okay.
In general, I don't really use stock adventures.

That's kinda wierd, the only adventure in the HUGMG I found to be useful was Planetfall, I thought all the rest of them were pretty lame and have no desire to play any of them.

I dunno, those felt like the most uninspired adventures in the book. Rampaging robot, rampaging "super" villain with a "supporting group" that provided no real support (and will someone explain to me why Electron, Point Blank, Shadow Dragon (yes I know she was supposedly a "former partner" of TerVal, but that made about as much sense as the President Formely Known as Bill being his partner) were included in that list), and a "let's make some more superhero name-teams to throw at the PCs, but twist it up by making an aging super villain the evil mastermind" adventures just didn't do that much for me. Of course, I've never been a comic book superhero fan (too many Awful Good stereotypes for me).

Ah, see, I've always been a big comic book superhero adventure fan.
My ideal Palladium game has Ninjas, mysticism, hi-tech weapons, super heroes and psychics, monsters and aliens. And once a year, a time travel story. My Martial Artists usually tend toward legendary status and abilities like Wong Fei Hung, and the action is fast and furious like Mortal Kombat meets GTA on crack.

Of course, I have to tone down for the other players, and tailor the game to keep their interest as well.

Except set in the 21st century, with no Mega Damage.
And no meta-plot nonsense: no undefeatable Coalitions.

So Rifts as it should have been done...unless you're looking for an actual Post-Apocalyptic setting, that is.

While a Post-Apocalyptic N&SS might be very cool (maybe a better Rifts Japan, or a Chaos Earth Japan), yeah, your description is otherwise as good as any.
