I love how all Galatic Empires MUST fall into barbarism...only to be replaced at some future time by a stronger, Second Empire.


I think I'll destroy the 3 Galaxies now...

Sounds a bit like the usa, to me..

I think the same could be said about Europe in the decades after WWII, or China and how much their communist society depends on personal connections and bribes. The info is general enough that it can conceivably be applied to any world government at one time or another. So it sounds a bit like the entire planet, to me...

(Before you ask I have an gentlemen who I speak with at trade shows every year that does some bossiness in the Peoples Republic, and it doesn't sound fun).
