Phase World Sourcebook picture question

There is a faceless armor pictured in the Warlock Marine section, but it isn't the Warlock Combat Armor or the Naruni Enforcer PA, so what is it?

(WCA is on page 64; Naruni's is on 68; the mystery armor is on 66.)

Called "disturbing" by Therumancer.
Was informed that "Recommending the destruction of a third of the nation is not appropriate."

I believe that's supposed to be the non-TW conventional EBA also issued to the Warlock Marines(and probably standard issue to the non-augmented support troops and rear-echelon dirtside security and militia crunchies).

And I agree. the idea of that helemet and those shoulder pads trying to fit inside the cramped quarters of a spacecraft is ridiculous!

But I do wonder if additional TW enhancements could be added to Warlock armor(either at the time of creation or afterwards).

Yeah, that must be it. What a shame their real power armor is so ugly.
