I think the strength of the dinosaurs (militarily and technologically speaking) are too powerful when compared to the EoH, I'd have to scale it back if I used it in my campaign.

I thought it was a well-done article & supplement. Now, let's see something about the Free Plains of Cattle!

technologically speaking, no, the EoH is still farther along.

but militarily speaking, yeah, i noticed that too. easy fix would be to divide by 10 the #'s of the military forces

Agreed, then move on to the Gator Lands

Lynx

:ok:

I don't think that the EoH should be at the same strength as the carnivore dinosaurs. The EoH just has an outpost on Cuba. Besides the carnivore are more set on taking over Mesozoic Land. Not taking the fight to the EoH on the main land. Kick them off the island maybe. But they are more worried about the plant eaters and the avian dinos. But that just my 2 cents.

That's what I was getting at...why haven't they kicked them off yet? The EoH is helplessly outnumbered there...regardless of their comparative tech levels, IMO.

I think the reason they have not kicked them off yet is. That the Eoh is on the other end of the mutating forest (sorry can't remember what they call it), which is on the other end of the plant eaters domain. Which is separated from the meat eaters by a swamp full of spinosaurs. So its completely on the opposite end of the island. Besides I don't think that the carnivores view them as a real threat. Having no real experience with them. Unlike Cardinia which has experienced their brand of genocide.
