You have no idea how it was during the '80s and '90s (before the Internet) to get PB books in a third world country WITHOUT Hobby Shops!!! Worse than you can imagine but it definitely means something...POH 2014: more than a Convention, a dream from a "Child" in the Outer Rims comes true!

I'm blessed actually living just 10 minutes from Palladium headquarters and I feel bad for mostly ignoring Palladium products most of my gaming life. I thought RIFTS was for mouth breathing morons....mostly because those were the people I bumped into who were playing it around me. Little did I know of it's many facets and deep backstory. :cry:

I was and still am a big fan of Robotech and I did buy and run a lot of that, but only a few campaigns. I quit gaming for many years after my wife died and I'm happy I rediscovered Palladium. I'm having fun

ffranceschi if you are able to make it to the next open house I'll have to buy you a beverage of your choosing for your time, great effort and patience. You rock! :bandit:

I was reading Rifter #49 and I saw that there was a 2009 Open House! If they could do it in 2009 (the USA was badly hit with the Economic Crisis and PB too), I assume that they can do it now...perhaps after a successful Robotech Kickstarter campaign they will reconsider...POH 2014.

I recently saw a hypnotherapist to help with dealing with stress. He asked me to pick a moment that I could associate with my high energy emotion of "buzzing" (in my word). Then you remember that feeling you had with each inhalation of breath. Instantly the experience that I now cling to to energise myself and feel "buzzed" and energised, able to deal with lifes stresses is.....

The high I got from GMing the last game I did at the last POH! :mrgreen:

The POH has more impact than you think. So do the games.
